Terms of use

1. The service

Free Link Directory lists UK businesses. Basic listings are free. Featured placement and marketing services are paid, as described on the pricing and services pages.

2. Your listing

You confirm you’re authorised to list the business and that the information is accurate and not misleading. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display it. We may edit, recategorise, decline or remove listings that break our guidelines.

3. Featured listings

Featured placement is a subscription billed monthly (£1 + VAT) or yearly (£12 + VAT) through Stripe, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account and stay featured until the end of the paid period. Refunds aren’t given for part periods, except where the law requires. If we remove a featured listing for breaking our guidelines, no refund is due.

4. Marketing services

Service packages are delivered by dijitul. Delivery times are estimates. Third-party websites decide what they publish; if a placement we’ve promised can’t be delivered, we’ll replace it with one of equal value or refund that part of the order. We don’t guarantee search rankings.

5. Liability

Listings are provided by businesses and public sources, and we can’t guarantee they’re accurate. We’re not responsible for dealings between you and any business listed here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under English law.

6. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
